You can request that data be deleted. App has become unusable. I used to be able to use the app to quickly categorize transactions but that function has completely ceased to work.
It won't pull up any employee names and only pulls a partial list of vendors. Sometimes the expense type category is completely blank and sometimes it's partial as well.
On the rare occasion I can categorize something, I get an error message when saving. I can use the app to track mileage and that always works. Otherwise, the app has turned into garbage. It's so hard to hear that you're experiencing so many issues with the app. We'd love to lend a helping hand.
If you haven't already, please try resetting the app's data and clearing the app's cache. Should you still have issues with categorizing and employees, email qbcares intuit for further assistance. I run a mobile repair business and rely heavily on the app to create and update customers and invoices, receive payments and signatures, etc. You can contact us to get the validation code , but assisted support for discontinued products is no longer available.
